No. CalmSoul is not therapy and does not replace licensed therapists, doctors, or professional care. Think of it as an emotional companion — a simple way to handle stress, untangle thoughts, and build steadier habits. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions. If you’re in crisis, contact local emergency services.
Yes. Both rituals work offline. You can use the app on a plane, in the subway, or anywhere with poor signal. The ritual data will be sincronised once you get back online, whitout doing anything.
Please remember that all Apple trials need to be cancelled 24h before the trial period
ends!
